My name is Lilia Cazaes, I’m from Brazil. My interest in body movement began when I was 12 years old when I had the chance to do ballet and other dance rhythms. Later, I entered Physiotherapy College and during that time I had my first contact with the Pilates method. Since then I have not stopped. Since 2012 I have been involved with the method and the study of the human body through Pilates.
"From personal experience, I've learned that one must take care of themselves before they can take care of others. From couch potato to fitness instructor, I've learned you can have a fun and happy life and still enjoy the things you love. If you have a goal and wish to accomplish it, I can help you! If you'd like your arms to look better in our sleeveless dress or you'd like to see a little more power in your tennis swing, I can help! My philosophy is that workouts should be fun and productive, focusing on strength and flexibility. I'll show you what to do and, more importantly, what not to do."
