Description
Chrystal Hamilton, NP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Master of Science in Nursing, from Western Governor’s University and has a post-master’s certificate from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She specializes in preventative care with a focus on chronic disease management, women’s health/gynecologic exams, and lifestyle medicine. She is passionate about providing a safe space for all that focuses on holistic individualized care. In her spare time, she enjoys staying fit, reading, traveling, and spending time with her significant other and their two standard poodles, Lady Eleanor Roosevelt and Sir Charles. Chrystal welcomes new patients and accepts most major insurance plans.
